What you'd do

Oversee daily property care operations across a portfolio of homes and HOAs.
Coach and support crew members on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Walk properties with customers and turn feedback into clear action items.
Schedule crews, route trucks, and keep materials and equipment ready.
Train team members on electric equipment and sustainable practices.
Maintain crew consistency so customers see the same friendly faces visit after visit.

Who we're looking for

You're a people-first leader with property care experience, a clean driving record, and a passion for raising the bar on customer service.

Handyman

No job too small. From quick fixes to small projects, you get it done right.

What you'd do

General Repairs — doors, fences, decks, and other everyday fixes around the property.
Gutter Cleaning & Repair — keeping water flowing where it should, away from the foundation.
Power Washing — driveways, siding, walkways, and patios refreshed and restored.
Small Installations — mailboxes, house numbers, shelving, and other minor installs.
Seasonal Prep — getting properties ready for winter or summer, inside and out.
